Returns and Refunds
All our store products are free for delivery within Zambia between 5-10 working days with your contact details on the package. Any loss of products during delivery due to incorrect address or details are not our liability. However, feel free to contact us for your own delivery arrangements within Lusaka and Zambia.
Any delivered product that has been intentionally damaged or partially destroyed by any customer after delivery within 5 days will be treated as a Damage and the customer will have to return it within a week with valid proof or evidence as such.
